Treat rows as top results

Search Analytics rows are not an exhaustive export of every query and page combination. Recommendations should preserve that limitation beside the evidence.

Expose the freshness window

Finalized search data commonly trails current activity by two to three days. A visible data-through date is more useful than an unlabeled sync time.

Keep inspection intentional

URL inspection is most useful for selected URLs with a named review purpose. Broad or silent inspection creates quota pressure without improving decisions.

Keep publishing human-controlled

Search evidence can support a draft, but source review, editorial approval, schedule planning, and publication are separate decisions.
